Caregiver Legacy Advocates LLC
Practical Guidance for Families Navigating the Caregiving Journey
About Caregiver Legacy Advocates LLC
Caregiver Legacy Advocates LLC was born from a deeply personal journey. In the 1990s, our founder Jeryl R. Talley-Hall watched her grandmother care for her grandfather living with dementia—quietly, faithfully, and almost entirely alone. Decades later, Jeryl found herself walking that same road, six years into her own caregiving journey with an aging mother and her husband living with dementia. This time she carried something her grandmother never had: preparation.
Early in her husband’s journey she established the legal documents that would protect their family—Power of Attorney, Advance Directive, Living Will, and beneficiary designations—decisions made calmly before crisis forced the conversation. That preparation made all the difference, and it became the foundation of everything Caregiver Legacy Advocates LLC delivers to families today. We are a caregiving and consulting firm specializing in advanced care document guidance, mobile notarization services for advance directives, power of attorneys, and wills, and future care literacy education for families navigating dementia and aging.
We serve individuals, families, memory care facilities, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Prince George’s County, Charles County, and surrounding Maryland communities.
Jeryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology and 34 years of commissioned notary experience.
We specialize in mobile future care document notarizations—traveling directly to homes and facilities so families receive professional, dignified service exactly where they need it most.
We also publish The Caregiver’s Legacy Playbook, a monthly newsletter delivering practical tools and hard-won wisdom to caregiving families and professionals nationwide. Every family deserves someone who has walked this road, understands it from the inside, and shows up with genuine compassion and practical expertise. You are seen here. You are not alone.
